NJSIAA Return-to-Play Guidelines - Phase 1

NJSIAA Return-to-Play Guidelines - Phase 2

*Phase 2 cannot begin until 2 weeks (minimum 2 practices per week) have occurred under the Phase 1 guidelines

NJSIAA Return-to-Play Guidelines - Phase 3

*Phase 3 cannot begin until 2 weeks (minimum 2 practices per week) have occurred under the Phase 2 guidelines


PHS Schedule (Week of August 3-8):

Screenings will be begin at the start time for 1/2 an hour and practice will last 90 minutes (10 min warmup, 70 min workout, 10 min cool down)

Monday
Morning: Football 7:30-9:30am Phase 2
Evening: Cross Country 5-7pm Phase 1, Boys Soccer 5:30-7:30pm Phase 1

Tuesday
Morning: Football 7:30-9:30am Phase 2
Evening: Girls Soccer 6-8pm Phase 2, Volleyball 6:30-8:30pm Phase 2

Wednesday
Morning: Football 7:30-10am Phase 2
Evening: Cross Country 5-7pm Phase 1, Boys Soccer 5:30-7:30pm Phase 2 (for anyone who was there since Day 1)

Thursday
Morning: Football 7:30-9:30am Phase 2, Girls Soccer 9-11am Phase 2

Friday
Morning: Football 7:30-10am Phase 2Volleyball 8-10:30am Phase 2

Saturday
Morning: Football 7:30-10am Phase 2
